Administrative invoice records
The client portal includes an administrative invoice-record workflow. An invoice entry is a record only; it does not mean that payment has been collected, reconciled or verified.
No payment credentials
Do not enter or send card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, OTPs or other payment secrets through forms, email or support messages.
Future payment launch
Before payments are enabled, the operator must complete server-side order creation, payment verification, webhook validation, reconciliation, failed-payment handling, refunds, customer communications and end-to-end testing. Publish the supported methods and final terms only after sign-off.
Billing support
Insert the verified billing contact and business details before launch. Never publish an unmonitored or unverified email address.
